A Call for Questions
Hey everyone! I just wanted to put out a Call for Questions. Please leave a comment on this post with some questions about personal finance. It could be about anything from buying groceries to buying houses or whatever else you can think of. If I don't know the answer, I will find it for you!

Which is better: renting or buying a home for four years?

ReplyDeleteHere's a question for you--how much is too much in HOA fees? Let's say you find your dream home for $152,000, then find that the monthly HOA fees are $162. Yikes! Would it make more sense to buy more home for your money but not shell out HOA fees? I guess the ideal would be to find a nicer house for less money with little HOA fees :)
